Steel Fabrication

Duta is equipped for the really big structural steel fabrication jobs. We have the experienced craftsmen and the workspace to put it all together under one roof, from cold boxes to trusses to bridge girders. We can roll a beam up to 40" the "easy way", and pipe up to 20" in diameter on one of the largest machines of its kind in the eastern United States. The press brake at Greiner is no lightweight either, 750 tons of power with a 14' bed. Another asset to our capabilities is the 30' by 50' leveling bed, permanently installed in the shop floor; this unit allows workers to level to within fifteen thousandths of an inch.
